Off-Site Corporate Training

PTI has launched a new service to help its clients. It is call the Off-site Corporate Training Department Partnership Program. It's a training department with all the benefits without the cost of a training budget. Start up companies, small companies without training departments, and others organizations wanting to have an extension of their current training department can partner with PTI as their off-site corporate training department. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS: Here's how it works. The company partners with PTI to allow them to become their off-site training department. Either completely or as an extension. This allows the company to have its own training department and staff without an annual budget, and all the costs associated with a Corporate Training Department. This partnership allows the company to utilize PTI's training expertise, training experience, programs and materials, and consulting talents as if it was theirs own.
PARTNERSHIP BENEFITS: The benefits of such a partnership are many. Besides the savings mentioned earlier, some additional benefits of this program, is that our partners:; Are permitted to use our training and consulting experience in the design, development and delivery of any site specific training our partners may require for 50% off of our daily training and consulting fees (only $450.00) per day. Travel and per diem will also be paid by the partner for each training consultant they request on-site.; Are permitted to attend any of PTI's Annual HAZWOPER & Train-the-Trainer Courses at a price reduction of 50% off the registration fees. See our Annual Calendar of Events.; Are permitted to use PTI's Certified Environmental Trainers and Certified Training and Development Managers as their on-site trainers and consultants for any course they have scheduled to present for 50% off of our consulting and training fees (only $450.00) per day. Travel and per diem will also be paid by the partner for each Trainer/consultant request on-site to participate in the delivery of their HAZWOPER/HAZMAT training session.; Are permitted to take any of PTI's Training and Development Certification Examinations absolutely free after attending either the HAZWOPER 40-Hour Course or the OSHA Train-the-Trainer Course. This also includes training presented by the partner in which PTI's trainers/consultants were utilized. (Fees are based on the number of sessions and attendees the partner is projecting to train within a 12 month period). Fees are paid annually by the partner.

USE OF TRAINING PROGRAMS & MATERIALS

Note:
Companies projecting to present more than 5 sessions annually will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Fees above are calculated based on a maximum of 5 sessions annually of either 1-10 or 11-20 participants.

PTI will partnership with any company or organization having EPA, OSHA, DOT, and NIOSH compliance training requirements. We are experienced in the design, development, and delivery of environmental and business training programs to industry.

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Partners will be required to sign a partnership agreement with PTI which outline the specific conditions and terms of this partnership. PTI may require an on-site visit paid for by the client before signing any partnership agreement. Partners may also be required to provide PTI a "Master Training Plan," which clearly outlines the projected training sessions, projected number of participants, and training dates for at least 12 months, for each course the partner desired to purchase. PTI reserves the right to deny any company or organization the rights of partnership, if it chooses not to agree to, or abide by, any or all parts of its partnership agreement.
