TOTAL PROGRAM QUALITY MANAGEMENT
TPQM is the systematic management of data in all the steps to the ISD process; to identify training and design problems, in order to eliminate them; to establish and implement control measures; that will allow organizations to pursue continuous training, and instructional systems design improvements. This is a 24-hour "hands-on" class. Participants will design their own organization’s Total Program Quality Management Systems during this training session. Attendees arrive with their current training programs, and evaluation approaches used to provide feedback to management regarding the organization’s training successes. Participants will review current evaluation methods, and learn new approaches in program management. These new methods will reveal meaningful statistical results to determine (i.e., customer satisfaction, pre and post-examination success, improved job performance, increased worker safety, etc.). Attendees will calculate means, standard deviations, t-tests, and determine UCL and LCL, in order to set up their own statistical process control (SPC) methods. A major focus will be, how to use this information to make meaningful predictions in future sales trends, training successes, customer satisfaction, and much more. Attendees will require a notebook computer, with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Participants should also have a calculator with scientific functions. Early or pre- registration is encouraged. Course fee $495.00
